I’m so excited that we have finally finished revamping our Wills in a Week program! Today you can take action to set your family up for success in case the worst happens to you.

Here’s how it works: First, watch our educational video with slides at your convenience. Next, complete a form telling us who you want to name in your documents, pick a Q&A date, and pick a signing date. That’s it. Done!

   • Will

   • Deed into trust

   • Durable power of attorney

   • Health Care Proxy

   • HIPAA

   • Living Will

   • Temporary delegation of parental powers (if applicable)

4. Video directions on how to complete the forms

5. Live Q&A over zoom with an attorney (This may have more than one participant in it, it is not a private Q&A.)

6. Live in-person document signing

7. Three-ring binder with your original documents

 Not included in the program:

1. Disinheriting someone, special gifts to people, charitable gifts

2. Estate tax planning

3. Nursing home protection

4. Special needs planning

5. Any other type of fancy planning

6. Deeds for additional homes into trust

What’s the cost? In the past we have always charged $99 for the educational piece, and $1401 for the document drafting and signing. We are taking off $100, bringing the total to $1400 for our legal fees.

We also have a new option for a payment plan. You can pay a flat rate of $1400 OR you can make 6 equal payments of $269/month.

***PLEASE NOTE the filing fee to place your home into trust is approximately $300-$400 dollars. This is billed separately and goes straight to the registry of deeds. The amount of this fee depends on the type of deed that you have.
