• Personalized Assistance for one year from date of documents
• 20% discount on future trust funding assistance
• Completion of:
• Transfer-On-Death (TOD) Forms
• Beneficiary designation forms
• Change of ownership forms
• Coordination with financial adviser and/or tax adviser for all necessary changes
• Accompany client to their bank (15 mile radius from office) to complete required forms
