I am doing a live webinar on January 8th at 10 am! This webinar will cover various topics that I discuss with clients in their initial consultation. I will go over what the probate process is and how to avoid it, what the Massachusetts estate tax is and how to reduce estate taxes, and I will even touch on irrevocable trusts and who they are a good fit for.
